Yolie Maxwell (1923 – 2006)

Yolie Maxwell, age 83 a resident of Waukesha died March 2, 2006 at Lindengrove Nursing Home in Waukesha.

Born on January 10, 1923 in Universal Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Jildo and Pia (Ricci) Turchi.

She was educated in the schools of Indiana. As a young woman, she was employed by the Palmer House in Chicago as a salad girl.

In 1940 in Chicago she married Robert Keith Maxwell. He died in 1974.

She was also employed as a private secretary at Central Screw in Chicago.

She is survived by a son in law, James Sanders of Waukesha; a granddaughter Jennifer (Paul) Felker of Waukesha; and two great granddaughters, Stella and Justine Felker.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter JoAnn Sanders on September 30, 1993.

A prayer service will be held on Tuesday March 7, 2006 at St. Mary?s Catholic Cemetery in Chicago IL. (8700-South Hamlin Avenue)
