Mary Conforti

Mary F. Conforti, 85, of Pleasant Prairie passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 in Kenosha. Mary was born on October 12, 1932 in Zeigler, IL to the late Frank and Mildred (Stancato) Maletta. She moved to Kenosha in 1944. She was educated in Kenosha schools and graduated from Mary D. Bradford High School. She worked as a secretary at Coopers and American Motors. Mary married Mario Conforti on June 18, 1955 in Kenosha. She enjoyed her monthly meetings with her classmates. Mary was a devoted housewife and enjoyed her time with her family.

She was preceded in death by, her husband, Mario on October 4, 2006; her parents and her brother and sister-in-law, Charles (LaVern) Maletta.

Mary is survived by, her daughter, Susan (Lance) Cenni; two sons, Mark and Thomas (Kristina) Conforti; seven grandchildren, Mary Cenni, Christina (Kyle) Vitkus, Tony (Brittany), Julia, Jenna, Daniel and Martina Conforti; two great-grandchildren, Anthony and Andrew Vitkus; a niece, Mary Jane Cleveland; a nephew, Frank (Jennifer) Maletta as well as other family and friends.

A Memorial Mass for Mary will be held on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church (4430 -22nd Avenue). A visitation will take place on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at the church from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be greatly appreciated.
The family would like to extend their sincerest gratitude to the staff at Hospice Alliance for the compassion and care shown to Mary.
