Thoughts for Scott P. Herzog (1963-2019);

  • Robert Netz says:

    I was so shocked to hear this news yesterday. I had last talked to Scott about 18 months ago. Scott was on my team for many years at Motorola. He was such a detailed and dedicated engineer. He always wanted to do what was best for his team, for Motorola and Motorola’s customers.

    Scott loved his family. I remember a picture he kept on his desk of him just surround by his four kids and he loved showing it off.

    He really loved to laugh. Scott was always great to discuss Wisconsin vs Illinois rivalry. He loved the Packers and Brett Favre too! The picture in this obituary is perfect and just how I remember Scott.

    To the Herzog family, I am very sorry for your loss and you have my deepest condolences. May Scott rest in peace.

  • Jesse Richard says:

    I worked with Scott at Motorola many years ago and spoke with Scott from time to time over the years. I am so sorry to hear this sad news and wish his family my deepest condolences.

  • My heartfelt sympathies to the family. May your cherished memories and the promise held out to us in God’s word at John 5:28, 29 bring you peace and comfort you.

  • Donna Marcil says:

    Intermatic Engineering extends our deepest sympathy to Scott’s family during this difficult time. Our prayers and blessings are with you and may his memories bring you love, peace and comfort.

  • I also worked with Scott for a number of years at Motorola and agree with the comments about how much he cared for his family and also doing what was best for his work team and customers. I know there were some tough times.

    May he rest in peace.

  • John Janssen says:

    Condolences to the Herzog family,

    I worked with Scott at Motorola for a good number of years as a teammate and as his manager for a long time. He was a hard worker and a consummate team player. He was respected by his peers and people across the company. I can attest to his loyalty to the Packers and we had a lot of fun discussing the game on Monday. There were a fair number of Cheese heads working in the Bear territory!

    My prayers are with the family and friends of the Herzogs.

    God’s Speed Scott.
