Robert Bradshaw (1936 – 2005)

Robert S. Bradshaw, age 68 of Kenosha, died Friday July 15, 2005 at Kenosha Hospital and Medical Center.

Born on August 14, 1936 in Kenosha WI, he was the son of the late Raymond S. and Ella N. (Stern) Bradshaw. He attended schools in Kenosha, as well as the University of WI Whitewater.

He entered the U.S. Army in 1955 and served until 1958, with service in Korea as a Dental Technician.

On February 4, 1961 in Kenosha, he married Ann E. Handley; they have been lifelong residents of Kenosha.

For 30 years he was employed by AMC ? Renault ? Daimler Chrysler in Planning ? and supervision in Material Handling.

He was a member of Pleasant Prairie United Methodist Church, the Masonic Unity Lodge #367 and Past Master of Southport Lodge #343, which merged into Unity #367. He was also a member of the Scottish Rite Valley of Milwaukee, the Tripoli Shrine Temple of Milwaukee and presently an officer of the Kenosha Shrine Club. For 15 years he sang with the Racine Church Singers.

His hobbies were art, music, hunting, fishing, ornithology, crafts, and above all golf.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Lawrence Raymond Bradshaw in infancy.

Surviving are his wife of Kenosha, son Guy (Diana) Lawrence of Bristol, daughter Page Ann (Scott) Kessler of Kenosha, and five grandchildren Aaron, Aimee, and Adam Bradshaw and Payden and Wyatt Kessler.

A Memorial Service for Mr. Bradshaw will be held on Wednesday July 20 2005 at 11:00AM at the Pleasant Prairie United Methodist Church in Pleasant Prairie (8405-104Avenue) Visitation with the family will be held on Wednesday at the church from 9:30AM until the time of services.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be made to The Shriners Children?s Hospital 2211 N. Oak Park Ave., Chicago, IL 60707, The Pleasant Prairie United Methodist Church 8405 104th Ave., Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 or the Bradford High School Alumni Scholarship Fund P.O. Box 56, Kenosha, WI 53141.
