Patricia Cesario (1936 – 2006)

Patricia Ann Cesario, age 70 a resident of Racine died Wednesday October 11, 2006 at her residence surrounded by her family.

Born on April 30, 1936 in Racine, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Emma (Blommel) Roeschen.

On May 5, 1956, she married Eugene Cesario at Holy Name Catholic Church in Racine.

She was employed at Roeschens Pharmacy as a manager and she loved buying gifts and assisting customers. She retired in 2002.

She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Her passion was caring for her family, baking and planning holiday parties. As a young woman, she played tennis, golf and really enjoyed antiquing.

Pat had a passion for life and all the people she touched shared in her kindness. Pat loved playing card games, both with her children and later with her grandchildren. Pat was the ?Cribbage Queen? of the Cesario family. Pat could count cards faster then anyone in the family, counting not just her hands, but others as well. Pat lived, loved, and laughed throughout her life. Those who knew her most will continue to celebrate her life and carry on her kindness. We all know what Pat would say; ?Don?t cry for me, remember me with a smile?.

Pat is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Eugene Andrew Cesario of Racine; two sons Mark (Beth)Cesario of Sheboygan WI, Craig Cesario of Racine, one daughter Debra(Thomas) Meier of Waukesha WI, grandchildren Jason Meier, Alicia Meier, Mark Cesario and Anne Cesario, and one brother Robert (Vera) Roeschen of Racine.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday October 14, 2006 at 11:00AM at St. Rita?s Catholic in Racine. (4339-Douglas Avenue) Visitation will be held on Saturday at the church from 10:00AM until the time of Mass. Private burial will take place Saturday afternoon at St. George Cemetery in Kenosha.
