JoAnn Suggitt (1940 – 2005)

JoAnn Suggitt, age 64 a resident of Kenosha, died Thursday July 14, 2005 at Kenosha Hospital and Medical Center.

Born on July 21, 1940 in Kenosha, she was the daughter of the late Vernon Elroy and Bernice (Drysdale) Bambrough.

She was educated in the schools of Kenosha.

In 1957 she married John Paul Conwell. They would later divorce.

She was a homemaker in her own home. At one time, she was employed by the Zion Cookie Factory. She had also been employed at the Donut Hole and Franks Bakery.

She loved to cook and bake. She recently completed cookbooks for her sons, which included all her favorite recipes. She loved writing poetry. She enjoyed time spent with her family, and was proud of her grandchildren.

She is survived by two sons; Paul (Bonnie) Conwell of Kenosha, Brian (Tracy)Conwell of Mesa Arizonia, two brothers Robert Bambrough and Bruce Bambrough, both of Kenosha, and a sister Sharon (Wayne) McCartney of Pleasant Prairie.

Her parents; two daughters Roberta Conwell and Dawn Conwell, a son Milo Conwell, and two sisters Sandy Lafayette and Beverly Nichols preceded her in death.

A private family service was held.
