  • Mike Arsier(Capt. Mike) says:

Rest in peace, my friend. Ted was my second customer at the bar. The first one passed at a young age. Ted was the most loyal helpful customer that I ever had and stayed with me and the bar until I sold the bar in 2006. He will be deeply missed.
I regret that I probably won’t be able to attend the services at Kemper. I fell last night and I think broke a rib or two. It would be very difficult if not impossible to drive, walk, etc.
Chet Daily, another old friend, spent the night here and we were going to go to the service together. He, also, cannot make. He does not drive and has a difficult time walking
    Chet, also, sends his regrets.
