If my hug was strong enough to take away your pain, I would start now and never stop. This planet will not be the same without Jeffery. His greatest joy was making others happy.

  14. Renee, Ms.Juanita and family,

My condolences, my prayers and my love are with you. I pray that God will continue to comfort and uphold you.

God gives us the courage to trust Him, even in the face of death – courage to believe that He is too wise to make a mistake, and too good to do wrong.

My sincere condolences and prayers go out to The Phillips family. I met Jeff while working at the same company years ago. That’s when I discovered that he was in love with a young lady that I’ve had the priviledge of watching grow up. I knew he was a good person by just his association. I grew to love Jeff like I love Tanya. He was a sweetheart and will be greatly missed. Tanya, keep your head up babygirl! God doesn’t make mistakes and He doesn’t put on you more than you can bear. Jeff is absent from this earth but he’s in the presents of God. I will keep all of you in my prayers.

    Sincerely,

    Doris

  25. Tanya and boys,
My deepest sympathy for the loss of your husband and father. Jeffrey reached out to me at my darkest hour. He accepted me as is – sight unseen, hurt and full of despair. He prayed for me without request and I for one will always be thankful. Take comfort that you have a true soldier of the lord watching over you always.
    Sincerly,
    Stella

  26. Tanya,
My deepest condolences to you and the entire Phillips family. The heartfelt words of love and loss over Jeff’s passing reflects the character, integrity and kindness he showed to those that he encountered during his life. It was my privilege to have known him. I will continue to lift you and your family up in prayer. May God continue to comfort you in the days ahead.

  34. Juanita, Renee – My prayer for you both is thoughts of Jeff in your memories will cause you to smile, cry with joy and comfort that God granted us time to have Jeff as a part of our lives. His humor, down to earth personality and willingness to share knowledge, correct misinformation will be greatly missed. May God grant you solace during this time. Love

  35. My sincere condolences and prayers go out to The Phillips family. I’ve been a friend of the family for many years through my mother who was good friends of Mrs. J. Tubbs. I met Jeff while going through chemo treatments at North Shore Univ. Hospital. He was very encouraging, down to earth and had a beautiful smile. I met his wife there as well, right by his side. My prayer is for the whole family, that God will give you strength, comfort and peace that passes all understanding.

  36. Tanya, I am sorry I could not come to be with the family at this time. I can offer you my deepest heartfelt sympathy to you and the boys. I cant pretend to know what you are going through. Only God knows.. He will be all that you need him to be. Just get ready for a blessing because there is a blessing in everything he does. You may not see it now but it will come. Think of all the precious memories you have with Jeffrey and they will help tremendously. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.
