Jeanette Pacetti (1940 – 2011)

Jeanette J. Pacetti, age 70 a resident of Kenosha, died peacefully Monday May 16th 2011 surrounded by her family at Aurora Medical Complex in Kenosha.

Born on June 28th 1940 in Kenosha, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Marie (Dossetto) Bertana.

She was educated in the schools of Kenosha and graduated from Mary D. Bradford High School.

On May 7th 1960 she would marry Emil G. Pacetti at St. James Catholic Church in Kenosha.

She had been employed at St. Catherines Hospital, The Barden Store in downtown Kenosha, and then at Serto Furniture Store. Since 1976, together with her husband, they owned and operated Pacetti’s Music. They provided band and orchestra instruments, instruction and repair services for many young Kenoshans as well as professional musicians.

She was a member of St. James Catholic Church, and also was a past member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Christians Mothers. She was a devout catholic and was a very faithful woman. She, along with several other women, formed Our Ladies Prayer Group and met weekly to pray for those in need.

She collected angels, and was considered to be a guardian angel to many. She enjoyed gathering with family and friends for almost any occasion. She loved her family very much and would often tell people how blessed she was with two loving daughter-in-laws and how proud she was of her grandchildren.

Jeanette is survived by two sons, Frank J. (Jenny) Pacetti of Kenosha and Michael R. (Karin) Pacetti of Fond du Lac, WI along with two grandchildren, Paul and Nina Marie Pacetti.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one son in infancy.

Visitation with the family will be on Thursday May 19th 2011 from 5:00PM until 8:00PM at St. James Catholic Church in Kenosha. (5804-Sheridan Road) A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday May 20th 2011 at 10:00AM at the church. Burial will take place on at St. James Catholic Cemetery in Kenosha.
