Cheryl Budwick (1954 – 2011)
Cheryl Rae Budwick (nee Linde), age 57, a resident of Kenosha died Friday November 4, 2011 at Aurora Medical Center.
Cheryl was born on March 8, 1954 to Glenn F. and Audrey (Schmuck) Linde, Sr. in Elmhurst Illinois. On September 4, 1977 she married Wayne Budwick in Chicago Illinois. She was employed for many years as a respiratory therapist and also for a short time as an Emergency Medical Technician.
Cheryl was a member of LaGrange Chapter #201 of Illinois, Order of the Eastern Star, and a dual member Pike Chapter #285 of Wisconsin where she served as Worthy Matron in 2007 and 2008. She enjoyed quilting, basket weaving, ceramics and was also a great lover of dogs and was a member of the Medallion Rottweiler Club of DuPage County.
She is survived by her husband Wayne of Kenosha, her mother Audrey of Franklin Park, IL and her brother Glenn (Kathy) Linde, Jr. of Bensenville, IL. She is also survived by her nieces Kristine (Brad) Mitchell of Batavia, IL, Sarah (Cezar Marin) Linde of Elmhurst, IL and Erin Linde of Bensenville, IL and great nieces and nephews Meghan and Andrew Mitchell and Alexander and Annabel Linde-Marin. She was preceded in death by her father Glenn, Sr. in 2007.
Memorial services will take place on Saturday November 12, 2011 at 11:00AM at First Christian Church, 13022-Wilmot Road, Kenosha, WI. Visitation with the family will be on Saturday morning at the church from 9:30AM until the time of services.
